Kafuna International believes helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a highly liberal Return and Exchange Policy, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We therefore recommend you to read our Refund and Return Policy prior making a purchase from Kafuna International, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns and your rights under the Indian consumer law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our pickup location, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has been cultivated i.e. yet to be sown exclusively, we shall refund the entire amount.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, for stocked products, we shall refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, you shall have to courier it back to us at your expenses in unpacked condition. 50% of the cost shall be refunded in 7 working days after product is received in sale-able condition.
If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product as per our analysis.
Return Policy:
If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Kafuna International may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the merchandise:
is in sale-able condition,
is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
and the exchange or refund is sought within 7 days of purchase.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at +91 9425013661 or email us at kafuna.in@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
PRIVACY WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE
Kafuna International is committed to protecting your privacy. You may be asked to present photo identification so that we can record your name and verify your signature. Information collected will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
